Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026 · GotRegulars Ltd (placeholder entity)
⚖️ Plain-English template — not legal advice. Have a solicitor review it and complete the bracketed details before launch.
1. Who we are
GotRegulars provides software that lets venues run a digital menu, take bookings, collect reviews, run loyalty, and publish content. These terms cover both venues (our customers) and guests (people using a venue's menu).
2. For venues (subscription)
- The service is £350/month, no setup fee, cancel anytime. This covers the platform and our running costs.
- Third-party usage is separate. AI, messaging, payments and media-generation calls made for your venue are billed to your own connected accounts / usage, except an included allowance of first menu reels & AI-enhanced images (per your plan limits).
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, allergen and event information, and for complying with food, licensing and advertising law in your jurisdiction.
- You must not use the platform to suppress genuine customer reviews, to publish misleading content, or to post content you do not have the rights to.
3. For guests
- Loyalty points have no cash value and are governed by each venue's programme.
- Reviews must be genuine and about a real experience. Content you upload must be yours, with consent of anyone identifiable in it; age-restricted events require an 18+ confirmation.
- The AI assistant provides best-effort information from the venue's menu and FAQs and always identifies itself as an AI; always confirm allergen and dietary needs with staff.
4. Content licence
When you submit reviews, comments or Guest Moments, you grant the venue and GotRegulars a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the menu, and — only with your separate opt-in — to re-share it on the venue's channels, with an appropriate disclosure that it was incentivised where loyalty points were earned. You can revoke this by asking for removal.
5. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, GotRegulars is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The platform is provided "as is".
6. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Questions: [hello@gotregulars.com].
