The house board — cured meats, burrata, marinated olives, grilled vegetables, warm focaccia. Set down the middle to share.

La Tavola Lunga
One long table. Everything gets passed down it.
Scroll sideways — you’re at the head of the table
Come as two or as ten — it’s the same table. The food starts at this end and travels down.
Take this seat ›Pasta rolled & cut each morning. Antipasti shared, not plated. One room, one table.
Below, walk the whole lunch — antipasti to dolci, each course passed from the top of the table to the bottom.
Down the middle ›01 — The idea
The long table never ends.
A trattoria isn’t a room of separate two-tops. It’s one table that keeps growing — another chair pulled in, another plate passed down, another course arriving. The whole place is one long table, and the joy is in passing the food along it.
One table
A single refectory-length table runs the room. Come as two, or as ten — you sit at the same one.
Passed by hand
Antipasti arrive on a shared board. Pasta lands in the middle. You reach, you pass, you help yourself.
The craft
No pizza oven. Just the table.
No fabricated reviews here — just the plain facts the kitchen lays out each morning, one place at a time.
“Everything gets passed down the table.”
Save a seatThe signature — pass it down
Down the middle, course by course.
This is how a long lunch here unfolds — one course at a time, carried out and passed from the top of the table to the bottom. Swipe sideways down the runner.
Ribbons rolled and cut this morning, folded through a ragù that’s been going since dawn. The heart of the table.
Veal shank braised until it gives way, on saffron risotto, finished with gremolata. Carved and passed.
Mascarpone, coffee-soaked savoiardi, a heavy dust of cocoa. One dish, several spoons — the end of the table.
02 — Love your space
Most Italian places sit you apart. We sit you together.
The whole room is one table. The people at the far end become the ones you were meant to meet by dessert. We built the site so you can stand in it — feel the long table before you ever pull up a chair.
03 — Rolled by hand
The pasta is made before the doors open.
Anyone can boil a dried packet. Ours is rolled, rested and cut on the bench each morning — so by the time you sit down, the day’s pasta is already waiting to come down the table.
The dough is made
Flour, egg, a little water, a lot of arm — kneaded and left to rest while the ragù starts.
Rolled & cut
Rolled thin, cut by hand into pappardelle, tagliatelle and ravioli — six shapes, uneven on purpose.
Passed down the table
Cooked to order, tossed through sauce, and carried out to the middle of the long table to share.
The whole table
The card.
The whole spread, in plain text — every plate, every price, nothing hidden in a PDF.
